Mike Repenning discovered early on that his mindset aligned naturally with the core demands of the IT field. Driven by a lifelong passion for defense and remediation, he successfully transitioned from a leadership role outside of IT into a specialized engineering position focused on governance, risk, and compliance—particularly within enterprise-level healthcare environments.
